This summer, we started our project in our backyard that included a custom pool and spa, landscape, and hardscape for a new construction house. Thomas Pools took their time upfront to work on multiple design options that suited our family and budget needs. They were patient and upfront on all pros and cons of the design options, and their follow-up during the process was responsive and non-pushy. One of the strengths of Thomas Pools was their vast network of specialized subcontractors to help customize every detail of our entire backyard project.

Once we agreed on the design, Thomas Pools managed the entire process from permits to subcontractor management to day-to-day construction. Everyone at Thomas Pools (including any subcontractor) was very professional and courteous as they worked at our house, and they made sure to clean up all construction materials and debris at the end of every day. Thomas Pools proactively addressed any issue that needed to be fixed during the process, and their attention to detail exceeded our expectations.

Purchased a large inflatable flamingo there today. Originally came in for a swan but they had so many options to choose from so we ended up with a flamingo instead. Everyone had a great time playing with it and all around it was just a wonderful experience. The owner of the store is so nice and accommodating! Thomas Pools was truly amazing from start to finish when they built our pool! Perhaps I should say transformed our yard, because that's a better description of what they did for us. Tom was able to provide us with a blueprint of exactly what we wanted in a pool. He and his crew were timely and extremely professional and kept us up to date on what work was to be performed on a daily basis. Jose did an exceptional job with our concrete and stonework. We really felt like they went the extra mile for us and wanted their work to be perfect. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! We had a fiber optic small light in our pool that no longer worked. We were having our pool resurfaced and didn't have any GOOD options from our pool guy or the resurfacing company for the light to be replaced or redone. I walked into the store front for Thomas Pools and Tom was there and discussed with me the options for redoing our lighting as is and not breaking the bank, and also options to add in additional lighting at reasonable costs since our pool was currently empty for the resurfacing, and easy to work in to install new lighting. Tom helped me through text, phone calls and even sent me pictures to show me options! He was readily available with an employee to talk to or himself if he wasn't at a job. We made our decision, and his employee Danny came over right after work to install our light. It took longer than expected as we hit some bumps, but Danny stayed late, was so friendly and polite, and resolved all of the issues. He did not leave until the job was done. They followed up with me to make sure we were satisfied, and the light works just as discussed and at a great cost! I would highly recommend Thomas Pools!

I had a pool heater issue with the face plate control panel. Tom said no problem he would be over tomorrow and take care of it. He asked me to text him a couple pictures of the type of equipment I had. The next day Tom showed up and fixed the problem. My family (the Kids) are so happy we can heat the pool and Jacuzzi again!
